Dr. Michael Taylor
Dr. Taylor started Taylor Rehab & Disc Injury center in 2000, having graduated from the National College of Chiropractic, Lombard, Illinois in 1999. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont, Burlington, Vermont in 1994. He did a fellowship in Acupuncture at the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture in Carefree, Arizona.
Dr. Taylor’s professional affiliations include the American Chiropractic Association, the Illinois Chiropractic Association, and the National College of Chiropractic Alumni. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist awarded by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Dr. Taylor has always been an outside-the-box thinker solving challenging conditions that have not been able to be resolved with traditional medical care.
Dr. Taylor focuses on using advanced techniques such as spinal decompression, class IV laser therapy, and shockwave therapy to help heal chronic pain, degenerative disc disease as well as disc herniations.
Dr. Taylor is a native of Boston and has lived in Chicago for over 20 years. He is a husband and a father of two boys.
